Preseason Training 11/11/24 (and onwards till someone creates a new thread)

The whole article was poorly written and seemed half-arsed to me. The journo going through the motions as if EFC not being considered a threat in 2025 is an excuse for being lazy.

The reports from Blitz track watchers are much better.

Would have lost money on that.

Personally, I reckon they should work on completing a successful first effort before even looking at these ‘second efforts’.

What is this ‘second effort’ thing they speak of?

I really don’t want anything associated with Trump with something I support.

Older players return to trainng early for one reason. Its better to have a clubs full facilities available instead of training in the local park.

Most of our training is at Tullamarine where we have our gymnasium and access to other stuff like pools, etc.
They are there 4 times per week. It’s open after hours so if any players or coaches want to use the facilities, they can.
The local park run looked like an off site training session to break the monotonous cycle of the first fortnight of pre-season training.

Saw Ridley and Duursma at the sea baths today. They’ve definitely got more free rein to stick to their own programs at this stage of the year.
