Is this an official club venue? Or a venue next door that looks over the oval?
I’d wholeheartedly endorse converting that balcony into a beverage area. They seem to use it for very little, and we’ve funded the whole place for little regard our way

It’s obvious that he’s just accepted it and not going to invest any time in to fixing it, I love Drapes but if he leaves for a good pick it won’t be the end of the world.
