Quoting posts

I can't quote anymore. When I click on the "quote" button, it's like I am "replying" to a topic only, and the post I intend to quote isn't quoted.

Does anyone else have this problem?

no

This is my attempt to post your post Doe.

And now trying the "multiquote" button.

EDIT: This is on a new PC with Windows 7 Professional and Internet Explorer 11.

That is your issue right there.

I had that issue with IE. Firefox works fine.

So if I'm going to migrate over to another browser, why would I choose say Firefox over Chrome?

You probably wouldn't.

Ok then, why would or choose Chrome over Firefox? Or is than another browser that I'd be better of using?

Its pretty much chrome or firefox and whatever you prefer of the two.

I use Chrome at work and Firefox at home. I don't notice a difference. Firefox even almost looks like Chrome these days.

It’s just a trial. Removing the ability to quote also boosts the effectiveness of the ignore function. Win win ?

you can get it to work by middle clicking the quote button, obviously just opens it in a new tab.

How do you quote part of a quote or a chain of quotes? You know, when it's really long and you just want to include the last thing that was said?

Think I'm getting it.

D'oh no I'm not.

That was clunky. Gotta be an easier way.
