It is ironic that the most difficult place to find in Paris’ Gare Montparnasse is the Found Items Office.

True story: In China l had a trainee from the US whose writing was so bad, we had to call him into the office to read out his self reviews to us. He even had trouble reading his own final assessment. This problem disappeared when he had to write on a board for students. He was doing a Masters degree online with somewhere in the States and said we gave him better feedback than his university mentors.
