I agree. A pretty decent "weakest link:. Yes, he had some good moments, especially in the last quarter, but he’s not as good as Francis. We must always pick our best. Everyone played their role, Zerk included, but we must move forward and pick the best team for next week. I like Zerk and though he did better than previous games he’s played, but he needs to do it more often. A couple of years ago many commentators rated him above Ridley, but Ridley worked hard and became our B & F and an AA contender. I would love to see Zerk do the same.

The biggest surprise last night was not getting hammered by the umpires.
I was thinking at 3 qtr time that West coast had thrown everything at us and we were looking better than them

This always erks me…his job is not to have 20 touches his job is to nullify his opponent and do the things the coach gave him credit for…they have learnt not to kick it to him coming out of defense .
its the same analogy of a forward having 5 touches for 4 goals…is that a weak link!

What is it with us and umps not paying clear marks in our F50?
im not a “email the club guy” but its a fucken disgrace us members were put up the west coast home end at $90 a ticket (thats literally the cheapest you could get a ticket on level 2)
the atmosphere sucked (because what members wants to pay $90 up the home teams end) we would have been better off getting general public tickets up our “away” end. it put a lot of members off going imo
still didn’t stop me from carrying on but yeah, dont shove us members up the fkn west coast end at $90 a ticket

I’m loving this blue collar team. In hindsight (and sour grapes) Daniher, Fantasia, Saad and maybe even McKenna were all a little high maintenance. I like this team culture much better.
