Review - Heaved hoed. 2023

Brad presser on now.

we’re spending dollars to payout that hack dodoro?

Also getting them super fit in pre season. I want players puking and claiming that’s hardest pre season ever. had enough of our players giving acers of space when defending on transistion.

Yes, and we pray they get it right. Everything in a footy sense relies on them fixing the problem.

Hepp has been good but just like the others mentioned he won’t be part of a winning finals side.
Sad thing is probably no one on our list currently will be either :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

My key take away is that when Redman is tagged and we get owned in the middle, we lose.

Getting zero from Wed and little from Langford or Wright doesn’t help.

Kelly is just an OKish footballer.

No Reman ( tagged heavily ) , or Hind meant we have no run. perhaps we needed to shift Merrett to behind the ball for run.

Martin had about 4 errors in the 2nd that resulted in goals.

That’s about it for me….

I know some will pot Phillips for his game. But he played well, presented and did well in the ruck at times against two of the best.

Has nothing to do with Dodoro. It has lots to do with how these players are conditioned. They’re all injured and reinsured. Even smaller players getting recurring soft tissue ones. The club knows it, recognises it and has put in place steps to fix it. I’m hoping they get it right.

We agree to disagree.

Dodo is standing right next to me at maccas in crown Perth. No jacket on either

You want Dodoro to keep his job?

I thought Jackson tore us an absolute new one tonight

Himmleberg can have that sort of impact at his best

occams list manager. its somehow everyones fault except him.

I’m not going down that rabbit hole. Leave that to another thread.

We will do Port next week

If everyone ‘performed’ every week; we’d be unbeaten. It’s a simple fact that not everyone ‘performs’. Bryan certainly needs to do more around the ground; things that he actually has been doing in the VFL for a few weeks now. Shame he was subbed today. Clearly we needed the extra small to help our forward play and keeping Weideman on gave Brad more options (ruck, forward and ultimately defender) but I’d like to see Bryan have another crack next week. He reminds me a bit of Jarrad Witts when he was at the Pies and look how he turned out.

Tough loss for sure. But we have to be more positive. We can’t win them all. If we did then we’ll literally be 2000 Bombers. The fact that if we won tonight, we would have been equal top four at this stage of the season is still an amazing achievement. For a team that is still developing, this is an A+ season.

Our mids need to be able to effectively shark oppo rucks. They also had NFI what Bryan was going to do either.
