Where are all our big bodies? Thanks again Adrian
Logged out of FB, Insta, Twitter until next week.
The content on there after the game today is next level triggering for red & black fans. We deserve criticism but wow⌠flog factor is evident tonight.
Log out. Cleanse. Breathe. Just staying with my Bomber people this week.
Put it down as a learning experience. The team is progressing well. Who would have thought that after six rounds they would be in the top four? BZT needs to read the play better and not drop his bundle under pressure. I reckon that next week is a win against Geelong.
That excuse doesnât fly when we did the exact same thing 9 months ago
Stringer, McGrath, Langford and Shiel combined for a total of 1 kick in the last quarter.
First time I have deliberately not watched the game and I am better for it.
Iâm not disappointed, itâs an expected result.
What does interest me is how we react on Sunday. Is it going to be the typical drop our bundle or are we actually going to learn something from this and play with intent.
We clearly arenât fit enough.
McGrath?
What game were you watching?
I think that we will beat Geelong next week
I thought Mcgrath was fine today
Stringer is so disappointing in big games.
Beats down on the bad teams.
I thought it was a reasonable effort. We couldnât win the stoppages, and in the end we just run out of legs.
They were harder at the ball and deserved it in the end. I also think we got the best of the umpiring.
If we started playing now we would still lose.
I was happy to be in front at 3/4 time but thought we werenât the better side and didnât deserve that big a lead because we werenât playing well.
If there was ever a perfect stage set for a mentally fragile team to produce a massive choke - today was it.
Spoiler alert. We will lose.
This game is so important to win for heaps of reasons. One of them being that after slogging it out for 4 quarters there is almost no chance we will get up on such a short break.

Itâs going to be a tough ask, definitely, but not totally unheard of:
Just had a dive in the history books (or site!) about what happened the last time a team was coming off a Tuesday ANZAC Day game and playing an opponent off a much larger 8 day break (Vs 5 days).
Coincidentally, also Geelong, who were sitting in 2nd spot and heavy favourites coming into this MCG game against Collingwood who lost in disappointing fashion on ANZAC Day:
HmmâŚ
It can happen.
Pretty good synopsis
Watching the game I was expecting The momentum to shift to them in the last. We just needed to kick a couple against the tide. Unfortunately we missed our chances.
