We do deserve it, it’s just how many times can you watch the same movie, over and over again.

I have indigestion, can’t/ will not be watching Anzac Day again.

First time I have deliberately not watched the game and I am better for it.

I’m not disappointed, it’s an expected result.

What does interest me is how we react on Sunday. Is it going to be the typical drop our bundle or are we actually going to learn something from this and play with intent.

I thought it was a reasonable effort. We couldn’t win the stoppages, and in the end we just run out of legs.
They were harder at the ball and deserved it in the end. I also think we got the best of the umpiring.

I was happy to be in front at 3/4 time but thought we weren’t the better side and didn’t deserve that big a lead because we weren’t playing well.

If there was ever a perfect stage set for a mentally fragile team to produce a massive choke - today was it.

This game is so important to win for heaps of reasons. One of them being that after slogging it out for 4 quarters there is almost no chance we will get up on such a short break.

Just had a dive in the history books (or site!) about what happened the last time a team was coming off a Tuesday ANZAC Day game and playing an opponent off a much larger 8 day break (Vs 5 days).

Coincidentally, also Geelong, who were sitting in 2nd spot and heavy favourites coming into this MCG game against Collingwood who lost in disappointing fashion on ANZAC Day:
