Francis really did some dumb things today but you know what, he was actually really important. his positioning at half back was first rate and was often in the right position to repel that long kick out to the wing. He also clears the pack when he spoils.

There were some truly baffling decisions but those two against stringer late in the 3rd and late in the 4th was deadset cheating

poor decisions, poor mistakes keep the opposition in the game, sneak home for a small win.
absolute ■■■■ umpiring and borderline cheaating aside, simply again long term you just can’t cover that many fundamental mistakes.
