In the end it wont change the result Laura on Monday will come out and tick it off

Will only make Essendon fans more furious

I agree we need a Davey to cause some angst amongst Collingwood backs.

How similar was last night to the debacle down at the cattery last year.

Both Saturday night.

Zach’s 200th, Dyson’s 250th.

Wet and dreary conditions.

Embarrassing performances.

Obviously last night not as bad as we were winning at half time but probably more disappointing in the way we just crumbled in the space of 15 mins.

why is there a bucket of smashed crabs holding a premiership cup?

Repeat of the Carlton 3rd qrt we switched off and Cats took advantage

At least in the Carlton game we pegged the margin to 26 points we didnt even give a yelp in the last qrt last night very, very disappointing

It wasn’t the umpires fault we lost last night. It was the way we responded to those decisions.

I actually thought we were more resiliency but sadly we aren’t.

We’ve got some way to go.

The commentators were scathing of the umpiring last night. Ling included.

Not often do you have TV commentators talking about umpiring decisions…… so it was clearly bad.

That’s what Brad was disappointed with.

That’s almost the number for Lifeline

It kinda was. But we still should have held our own in the 4th. That many goals gifted them or denied us on a wet night is easily the difference.

Clint Wheeldon (ABC Commentator) stated today that the 3rd quarter last night was the worst umpiring he had ever seen, and he included 20 years of local and WAFL games in that assessment.

Didn’t need to say anything more then “Imagine being an Essendon person”

They were gifted 2 and we were denied a shot at 1.

Not 8 goals.

I think what you have said is what the team thought and hence it was an excuse to drop their bundle.

There’s were two obvious HTB’s in our forward line plus Drapers non paid mark. They are just some of the decisions not paid. Like I said on a wet night that’s a huge advantage. And they were not just 50/50 decisions not going our way, they were clear free kicks.

You know how in indigenous themed media there is a warning if there is going to be video or audio of a deceased person before the media is aired?

We need a similar warning for Cameron ling and his face

Chris Scott debuted a player in an undermanned side in a make or break game and won by 50 points.

We’re too scared to play 1 kid.

We lost to the Tabby cats again.
Thank god I didn‘t see that

It feels very reminiscent of last year when Merrett had his 200th milestone match.

Bombers really should had learnt from the errors of last year and make up for the humiliation by at minimum putting in a decent performance for Heppels 250th.

But No. unfortunately no one in this team really wants to work for each other, so why couldn’t Brad Scott or Zach or even Dyson get the team whipped against a side we hardly ever beat like Geelong and give a game that us the fans won‘t forget.

There is no genuine work ethic in this team and I am worried for next week against Collingwood and the rest of the season and I genuinely think that our team will finish the season worse than last year.

Collingwood fans are bagging their team too. Even their all australian premiership captain.
