Can someone explain to me Eade's appeal as a coach? As far as I can tell, he's had to resign in disgrace from two clubs mid-season and never won anything with them.
When was he disgraced at the Scrays? He’s the best coach they’ve had since playing coaches went out.

LOL. Apart from about 75% of his games over a few year span. Some clubs (not Essendon of course) would kill for that kind of success.
I thought he did a great job fashioning a genuine contender out of a very good but not great midfield, Brian Lake and a bunch of flankers. There aren't many who could have got them as close as he did.
He also basically invented flooding (dire to watch, but got results) at Sydney and got them to a Granny as a result.
But nah, he never won a flag so I guess he sucks.
They should appoint someone as Director of Cloke's dad.
