Two ultra defensive games so far. Maybe the new rules trying to open up the game have had the opposite effect? Are coaches too afraid to let the game open up in fear of teams getting on a roll and kicking 4 or 5 in a row? The 6,6,6 takes away the opportunity to stop a run by putting a spare man in defence… maybe it also takes away the one fallback coaches had to allow them to be more adventurous
