But Shiel isn’t the example you want kids looking up to (on field). I wouldn’t play him at all.
We are so far off a change of coach being the solution to anything it’s not funny. The deep systemic and cultural problems at the club need to be properly fixed before we can even work out who the best coach is.

I was in such a good mood before this game too. At my son’s U15 cricket game all morning. Rolled the opposition for 61. My son took 3/11 and then top scored with 23no from 23 balls as well as hitting the winning runs.
My own fault. I should have expected us to start like this!

Yeah it’s so hard to know but something is wrong if the group is lazy and doesn’t put in effort. That is system and development, not 23 players that all happen to be lazy at the same club at the same time. What the answer is though……??
