Able to be appealed down to low impact at the tribunal: no suspension, just a fine. GWS fans happy.
AFL gets the tribunal $$$ (less the refunded part,) and $$$ from Greene, and some media exposure on a Tuesday night. Win-win-win. After all, we don’t want to see players of that caliber miss games for things like this. It’s basically what happened with Franklin all over again.
