St Kilda and Freo have a chance to do something very very funny, but that’s about it.

So Freo, Saints and Melbourne can make this a not too bad season.

Tonight is not to relevant, pie are gone anyway. They have to make up somthing like 200 points to catch FCs %

Even Footscray can miss if everything goes wrong for them.

Is there a way the hawks miss?

Yes but that means they lose to Gorth and FC gets in.

If we want an anti hawks result with FC missing, hawks lose to gorth, fc lose to the saints. Hawks finish 8th and head to the Gabba.

It’s the most relevant match to us.

Go Ds.

Well, you can’t have it all. Let’s go with FC missing out.

And thanks Essendon, the only excitement we have in September is hoping others don’t make it.

I tipped Collingwood.

They’ve had a ■■■■ season. They’ll finish with a couple of wins on a big stage in a row, hit preseason with a fire in the belly, and be back up the top next year. Because they are a well run football team with high standards.

That’s just what they do. I dislike it as much as anyone but they know how to be good at football.

Agree. But gross.

Collingwood sort out their ■■■■ after one bad season
Essendon 20 years and counting

Ain’t this the truth - every ■■■■■■■ year!

Rubbish…we can enjoy our prebooked holidays safe in the knowledge that we won’t have to worry about trying to find a place to check the scores or watch the game

Start time of Gorth vs Hawthorn changed to 12.30

Clear air for Dustin Martin’s lap of honour at the MCG was a priority for the AFL as the start times of two Saturday afternoon games were changed at the last minute.

Power supply concerns due to an industrial dispute in Tasmania meant the league was on Friday forced to bring forward the start time of the Hawthorn-North Melbourne clash in Launceston.

The game was brought forward more than four hours to a 12.30pm start to avoid the risk of not being able to use the lights at University of Tasmania Stadium.

TasNetworks, the provider which responds to power outages in the state, was not guaranteed to be able to respond to any issues at the venue while electrical union members took industrial action over the weekend.

AFL chief executive Andrew Dillon said the changed time in Tasmania meant the Richmond-Gold Coast start time had to be pushed back from 2.10 to 3.20pm to avoid three matches being played simultaneously.

I am really, really, really tired of this.
