Round 4 vs Dogs. Watchable second half

And the next 5 weeks.

Maybe. The setup was different and so was the ball use. Went more direct, kicked to leading players, cleared out the forwardline and less bombing, and less panic handpasses.

I’d be dirty if I was a doggies player, they left a 100 point belting and percentage booster on the table there.

Farrow or Ridley or Redman should kick out after a point.

I think there might still be a pulse somewhere in there

Yeah , he’d make a good captain

Yeah me to. We finally looked active in the middle rather than reactive.

Interesting what they do next week as Bryan appeared to get thru the vfl ok

I think Bont rested a fair bit is closer to the truth.

It’s not a great list, but they are not as bad as the first half showed. To me it shows the problem is lack of confidence.

After Dogs ruck injured (English) we started playing better.

Wright also did better than Blakiston in ruck second half and Blakiston was ok in defence.

I get his stats won’t be great but really liked Kakos 2nd half.

If bring in Bryan - thought Wright was sensational playing up the ground then pushing forward. Save knocking him up in the ruck. When Reid went down so did our momentum.

ins: Bryan, maybe Tsatsas(I didn’t watch his game he just had leather poisoning) - shift Durham or Caldwell forward more.

Outs: Reid(inj ), Perkins or Guelfi.

Fark the older guys at this club looked cooked.

Need to rid ourselves of McGarth, Parish, Langford, Caldwell, Merrett, McKay, Perkins as a start.

Sack them, trade them, pay them out or whatever. Just cull them anyway possible

Congratulations Brad… you have matched the 2016 top-up’s record streak of 17 losses in a row.

You go out there next week, and you make sure you become the BEST. EVER.

Or maybe it could have been the change to throw 2 Litre in the ruck and we actually started winning a bit of the ball from stoppage. English going down made it easier for us obviously but surely we can give a little credit where it’s due.

The problem is the passengers still on the list. Parish, Perkins, Langford. Time to go

Yep. Blaki to defence to me helped the midfield lift and compete. Wright seemed more influential as the Ruck.

Edwards seems to read the ball well and get to the right places. Moves well. Needs a bit of size.

May took some good marks tonight and has put two good weeks in a row now.

Robert’s going back has seen him return to his best.

Free kicks to Darcy made all the more frustrating when May didn’t get same treatment twice.
