Next week Freo are off to the Gabbatoir (arvo) and the Dogs host the Hawks (twilight) both on Saturday.

Their next games include -
Lions at the Gabba, Hawks in Freo, Swans at the SCG, Cats in Freo and Dees at the MCG.
If they get back into finals contention, they’ll certainly have earned it.
Looking at that, they’re cooked like a Xmas turkey.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear that Ben Rutten is coaching Fremantle. They are playing EXACTLY like us in 2022. Yikes

Jackson is very up and down
Fyfe was meant to be their go to and he’s also out
That Taberner/Lobb combo last year was excellent and no longer

That was a mauling. Dogs left a lot of goals on the table and they still flogged them by 50 odd points. What the fark has Longmuir done with them?!

I was down there when we played them on Easter Sunday, heaps of kids out and about in their GWS gear.
Didn’t see a second of the game last night and just catching up with the highlights now… but wow, Fremantle are awful.

Yep, the dockers are awful alright. Hawthorn, WC, North, GC, GWS are all bottom six locks. Freo could take the final spot. A touch optimistic, but it’d be really nice if Richmond could sneak in.

For anyone with a modicum of interest, my thoughts on the movie l watched are now up in the, ’ Movies of a more arthouse/Black skivvy wanker type of genre’ thread, post 354.
Apart from that last game (which has a bit of a risk of being one-sided itself), hardly an inspiring afternoon of games.
And we have Kelli Underwood in the first game to make a likely awful game even worse…
