The NRL moved the Dolphins game to Sydney, gave Rabbitohs members free entry and just gave Queensland the finger
Extra home game for the rabbits, one less for the dolphins.
Does anyone think the exact same thing couldn’t have happened in AFL land?

I’d have favoured they shuffled the draw early in the year here.
A round 3 opening round instead which I dunno gave free entry to all the fans up north and raised some cash for flood relief?
That would be a bloody good and popular thing.

I think given the circumstances the AFL made the right call to cancel the games.
What to do after that I think is a hard call, and perhaps there are better options. But the cancellation is right imo.
Mulitple dolphins players refused to travel and play. Which is exactly what I would do.
