After hearing that old ■■■■ Ian Smith on the cricket commentary yesterday… it’s an embarrassment.
The two nations should be closer when it comes to this sort of thing. Most of the toxicity comes from the NZ side.
5 and a half minutes left and there’s still a lot to play out in this one.

Dammit, I wanted the AB to win it.
Great effort from the All Blacks to be one down for an hour and stay so competitive in that game.
They had a pretty ‘easy’ Semi Final (vs Argentina) and the Boks had to struggle against England to get over the line. A bit like AFL where the closer/more competitive Prelim Final winner is often match hardened for the big one.
Hasn’t been a great two years from the ABs (by their high standards) so to even make the Final has been a big achievement.
South Africa underline their powerhouse status. Two in a row.
Boks win it 11-12. Magnificent final.
Has to be said the ABs left 5 points out there unfortunately. And losing their open side skipper of course. They gave it everything, the Barrett trio particularly.
