Short answer no.

Long answer… I’m guessing they’ve got tanks belonging to other nations that are being upgraded or brought out of storage. If those nations delay their order, the ready fleet can be diverted to Ukraine.

This is the type of terrain the battle for Kremmina is being fought in.

I’m pretty sure those 29 are the refurbed ones that were heading to the Czech’s and Slovaks.
They are owned by the Germans so I’m guessing they are still deciding if they can just bypass the circular exchange with Slovakia and the Czech Republic and send them straight to Ukraine

At the joint presser with Scholz, Macron said that France was still considering the supply of Le Clerc tanks.
He said nothing was excluded, but the despatching of hardware to push back on Russia should be ‘collectively’ decided and coordinated with allies.

Or , owned by Rheinmettall on a commercial basis?

I’m almost certain these are owned by the German government and Rheinmetall were just doing the refurbs on them.

The 139 total number at Rheinmettall disposal could be additional to the 300+ estimated stocks held by the German army.

I don’t know about the 139 total number but I’m certain those first 29 that are almost ready to be be sent to Slovakia and the Czech Republic are fully government owned and Rheinmetall has no say in where they go. It would be up to the German Government to assign them directly to Ukraine or to hand them over to the Czechs and Slovaks
Some of those other tanks within Reheinmetall’s field are a year off being ready for action too don’t forget

Tanks and functional tanks are two different things.

Rheinmettall exports are commercial, but subject to Government approval, including approval for on selling.

But as I’ve said repeatedly they aren’t Rheinmetall’s tanks. These 29 tanks are fully owned by the Federal government and were German Army operated. Rheinmetall are doing the refurbishment works on them only and on completion they are to be handed back to the Feds who then can either choose to send them to Slovakia and the Czech Republic as per the original arrangement or they could choose to send them directly to Ukraine

When the temp drops fast you get that layer formed. If you leave it alone for a few hrs after, the soil absorbs some of the water left. As the ground freezes, it wants to form larger crystals of ice and so draws water to the feezing zone.
