If UKR can dominate a region this quickly, which was presumably ‘defended’. Then hypothetically how hard would it be to take the capital?
I know it’s not going to happen. But if al the troops are committed to the invasion, and they can’t defend their own border, who the hell is defending the larger cities?

What continues to astound is how UA are able to stay at least one step oŕ more ahead of RU in the continued development of EW. This war would be over already if RU held such an advantage.

Good question. Others might have a more informed idea but this is my thinking:
Tricky. 500km with no logistics backup and no aircover. Suicide if it was brazenly done out in the open. You could try trucking tanks up the highway system like Prigozhin did but use subterfuge - put them under tarps and travel disguised as a russian military convoy. Have attendant AA units with you all the way for air defence. One checkpoint failure and you’re busted though. Then the problem of what you do when you get there. You probably wouldn’t have the force to lock the city down. You would have to probably instigate a very fast decapitation of the central leadership once you got there, like the russians planned to do in Kyiv.
If possible, it would certainly be a military operation worthy of the history books.
