yes. Which to me it means that HEAT rounds are not as effective, but APDS or APFSDS and HESH are. The advantage of the HESH is that it can be dual purpose for anti pers and structures.

This is one of the major by-products of this conflict. It is becoming another reason to prevent RU taking over control of UA, lest those new weapons fall into the hands of the RUAF. At the moment these new weapons are cutting edge, tried and tested with more to come. OTOH RU is using outdated hardware and although they are now taking steps to catch up they must be denied access to the latest and greatest from UA.
