Agree… the Chinese and the US are poles apart on individual vs collective rights, but they are very aligned culturally on $$$.

Agriculture has been exempt from sanctions against Russian commodities. With the jump in world wheat and fertiliser products arising from Russia’s invasion, there would have been a significant contribution to Russian reserves , a fair amount in US dollars.
The interesting thing is not that it was ‘approved’ but the scale of the logistical problem with over 110 different platforms
