I am the first to admit that I don’t know much about geo-politics, but help a brother out.
The last three years, Putin has been saying that the SMO was against the collective West/NATO.
All of a sudden, he is in dialogue and negotiating with the US to carve up Ukraine. Last time I checked, the US is still in the West and part of NATO (leaving out all of Trump’s BS for the moment).
To me, this is clear evidence of the blatant BS and propaganda from the Kremlin for why they started the war. Why is this not being discussed in loud voices by the media?
We know it here on Blitz - is the rest of the world blind and deaf?

I reckon Europe is a little out of Australia’s scope, but I am of the belief that we should scrap ANZUS as I believe one of the partners is extremely unreliable and we should ally with Japan and North Korea. JANZANK.
Other possibilities are India, Indonesia and just for the $hits and giggles… Taiwan. JANZITINK.

I know we are democracies and things need to be rubber stamped etc, but if Europe were going to put boots on the ground and help hold Russia back and try and kick them out, would it have to be played out in the media for weeks first?
It would be nice to just wake up to some news that EU troops had been deployed to a certain region rather than give Putin a months notice.
