Absolutely. Fixed, known location, hard to defend, easy to damage, disproportionate impact if taken offline. Russia is particularly vulnerable to the impacts of their oil industry being disrupted as it takes away their main trade commodity to allow them to get supply from China and India, as well as the Russian population being impacted by fuel shortages. As they get closer to winter it increases the chance of wells being forced to be turned off and subsequently freezing. Most of their oil infrastructure is either Soviet-era, or Western supplied, neither of which they are able to easily repair or replace. Frozen wells need to be re-drilled, which farks them.

Keep hitting them hard, keep hitting them often. And don’t get sidetracked with “payback” strikes when Russia hits cities and civilian targets. Putin will be completely paranoid about riots and protests in response to fuel shortages, which means he’ll quickly lose his grip. Anything can happen from there.

I like Katz’s comment regarding winning an election when your approval rating is only 5%. That’s a lot of bribing and coercing and it’s very expensive.
That problem should also be relevant to trump and his cronies.
