Ukraine had a lot more than some Javelins, HIMARS and Patriots though. They started with about:
-196,000 troops
-900,000 inactive reserves
-900 main battle tanks
-1176 barrel artillery pieces
-1680 MLRS
-120 fixed wing aircraft
They had a lot of former Soviet equipment and they got more as donations during the war. Just as importantly, they got a lot of ammunition. Russia obviously had even more former Soviet equipment so this was a massive war all along. Given the scale of the war, the high end Western equipment has mostly played a niche roles.

Russia manufactures the Shahed drones under license. I don’t think Iran sends any to Russia these days.
