Relax man, Its just speculation. I think it would of maybe been a review of the Adelaide game, coaches may have pinpointed instances during the 2nd quarter and put a highlight on it, somewhat embarrassing some players out there. They are very low on confidence the playing list currently, its quite astonishing really. We need leaders like Hodge, Goddard, Selwood in there demanding more and showing it on-field. We dont have any of those types. Heppell, Shiel and Stringer is all we have from the older group and they are all not leaders of men. We are basically stuffed until something special happens.

I listened to bits of it and couldn’t find it. They did say at the end that Rama was going to be there for the broadcast of our game. So that’s when I’m assuming it was said.

Optimism should never be a source of condemnation or vitriol. It’s not the inherently destructive property that unending negativity is. The latter destroys people. I’ve never really understood the ridicule of the optimistic , however wrong they (me, generally) may be shown.

After the game on the drive home Rama said that the good teams take constructive criticism on board and the mediocre to bad teams want positive reinforcement and don’t have a culture of hard truths between each other. Someone then asked if he thinks this is Essendon and he said he doesn’t know because he’s not in the club… that’s all that was said

I just imagined that Brad Scott ripped the playing group to shreds last week.
And the players called their managers to complain that they got yelled at.
Which is why Rama said this.

I guess that’s what I don’t get. It’s not a profit driven organisation. Who are the people who are going to hold the board responsible for a lack of financial stability that aren’t holding them responsible for being ■■■■ at producing a good football team?

I mean you can almost respect a player who fires back in person, right or wrong, if they have a disagreement or are unhappy.
I am angrier today, after switching off yesterday.
Trade or delist any baby that sooks it up and can’t handle the truth, no matter who it is. Effort is non negotiable. You can cover some lack of skill with hard work. But no amount of skill will cover for lazy, entitled players.
