Even if you’re paying monthly nearly all insurance types can only have the premium increased once a year.
Paying health insurance for a year in March is smart as you lock in the price before the 1 April increases.
$120 credit to switch to origin if you are a linkt customer. Check rates though.

On financial services - it’s nearly always better to renew your insurance premiums annually.
its nearly always better to change insurance providers annually….or at elast get a comparison quote and see if originally provider can match.
Oh I mean pay the premium yearly. Premiums nearly always only go up.
So just prepay the whole year - your premium is then only recalculated once.
sure shopping around is also good practice

Not true - things like health insurance yes - but anytime there’s a significant increase in risk premiums might go up in other insurances. Its something you should always pay annually.
Even when you pay monthly, for a non-health insurance policy you’re actually paying 12 instalments on an annual policy. Car, home, business, they all run this way. Premiums for new policies go up during the year, but your premiums can only increase when the 12 month policy expires.
