McGuire is a racist. He just needs to own that and realise he isn’t fit to run a public organisation.
Ie like a football club, ,publicly listed business and a political party.

I am surprised that no indigenous community leaders have spoken up so far for KKKollingwood’s failure to take responsibility for their racist past actions. Their silence can’t be construed as support, but it is curious that no comment has come from those who have been most affected.

But it shouldn’t be up to indigenous people to drive home the point, it’s the other 90+% of the population, the media, the KKKFC board, the AFL, channel 9, the club sponsors.
It shouldn’t be up to one or two indigenous people in the community to carry the load.

IMO it needs to be Goodes, especially given history with Eddie.
If Goodes spoke media would listen again / more now.
Think it has taken time since his documentary, for the change to happen with the media and rest of the public. Whereas Eddie, hard to say if he has changed.

KKKollinghood have an indigenous lady on their Board who was pretty much “on message” as much as I can recollect from her interview on ABC radio yesterday " on message" being code for supporting the clubs efforts re race relations going forward.
