Eagles board is expected to announce tomorrow that they are 100% behind Simpson and he will see out his contract which ends in 2025.

Seven News said today it would cost WCE $7m to fire him. $2.5m from his contract and the rest from how much they pay in taxes to the afl for breaching the soft cap (luxury tax or whatever they call it)
