Hmmm…so 11 years ago we had “The Blackest Day In Sport” which started The Saga and led to what we all believe to be disgusting outcomes. There was never any actual evidence and nobody came forward to confirm that anything untoward had happened.
Fast forward to 2020 and an experienced club doctor raises concerns…and gets sacked…but later gets a “significant settlement”
Now we have an MP standing up in the parliament telling the house that he has been made aware of serious allegations of drug use, off the books drug testing of AFL Players, resting of players who failed the tests (but listed as injured), wide spread drug abuse by players and how very Senior AFL Officials were party to the cover ups.
MP wants to be able to table the document but is not allowed!!!
What the actual fark?
Where’s ASADA and WADA right now?
How is it that no journalists are talking about this story from 3-4 years ago?
There must have been a fire sale on carpets to have been able to sweep this away.
