That’s a good example of what happens when you go from a particular type of training program and become accustomed to it into a more intense one.
As unfit as he was with us, we were able to get him on the park and get 1.5 goals out of his 15 or so games per year. He’s on track to produce around the same amount for GWS. Although he’s feasted on North, Sydney twice, us and Geelong.
If we kept him, I’d say he’d still have hamstring issues. Maybe not as much as he’s had with GWS though. I suspect we’ve upped our training, but it’s not at GWS levels yet.
