Season 2025 - Hawthorn

im just amazed you know a real life hawks supporter, bit like spotting a tassie tiger

They’re both thinking the same thing

“You’ve got the most punchable head I’ve ever seen”

The footy classified segment where Mitchell is explaining and breaking down plays in the Hawks / Port game is pretty top notch. I just vomited in my mouth typing that out. I don’t remember seeing a coach doing that before? Breaking down plays your team has failed at on national tv is an act of someone more humble than I thought Sam was. I’ve vomited in my mouth again.

Thought the same, sitting there knowing how much I can’t stand this bloke and still thinking “Strike this is really, really good”.

Can’t say that guys.
Apparently it’s Hawthorn cheerleading.

I like Sam Mitchell.

It’s the same type of like I have for
Genghis Khan,
Ned Kelly,
Bigfoot, and
the very efficient septic tank in the backyard.

He’s got a definite aura of smugness and cockiness about him, but I can’t dislike Mitchell on the basis he used to randomly rock up to my footy training at Mooroolbark cos he was still mates with guys he played juniors with who were still involved at the club.
Plus a guy who was 175cm and not quick making AFL gave everyone hope lol.

mitchell post game with Port was good too.
he said they almost pinched it. were stiff with a few frees that went against late, like Rioli double goal.

but if had of won didn’t deserve too as Port were the better side. he liked the fight back.

The wonderful membership base of the “family club” haven’t flooded Willie Rioli’s socials with disgusting racist ■■■■ at all.

Also, apparently Willie Snr was the forst indigenous player at Hawthorn in about 30 years.

But you know, “Family Club*”

  • Family must be as white as a hospital bed sheet.

Yeah this clearly racist club who hate black people play Mabior Chol, Changkouth Jiath and more indigenous players than us week in week out . Fmd.

Perfect.
Leave that stuff for your mates over on the Hawks Big Footy Board
They need a lot of consoling from their BB chum

Hawks bleeding has a certain appeal.

I always thought he was partial to the Blues, pretty clear it was Hawks all along now. Mea culpa.

It all sounds a bit dodgy to me

Ward needs to get out and into a mid at some other club

Ward reminds me of a milk shake l had the other day, flavoured by something that didn’t change the colour of the milk.

The non football action of Nash on Myers this afternoon wasn’t surprising.
Just another representation of a low rent footy club and one of its servants.
Hopefully the Tribunal deals with the deliberate attempt (eyes with no focus on the ball) to break his opponent’s jaw appropriately.

The similarities of the actions by two players from the same club that both resulted in concussions to opposition players certainly is some sort of coincidence…
