My brother is a mad Hawks fan, so i tend to discuss them more than other sides when we catch up.
Theyve got some problems currently, like most sides.

As i said they will lose again this week to the Cats, whom they have trouble with.

Not a bad springboard for the 2nd half of the year.
Doubtful whether they can do any meaningful damage in Finals without Will Day (if he cant get back).
Having said that, they defeated a number of good sides last year without him, including almost making a Prelim.
Mackenzie and MacDonald would walk into our side.
If we’re being honest, Mackenzie is miles ahead of Tsatas ATM.
We hope this changes of course.
Ward would be depth, but he’s not bad.

That’s magnificent! Get some genuine hate into the game. Rivalries are best when both teams despise one another. Too much buddy buddy, players having a laugh after the game regardless of the result. Willie says ■■■■ that!! BOOM!!

Nah, he’s always talking us up Nino style, which I roll my eyes at given our extended mediocrity.
Lol that sounds like the footy relationship my Dad and I share. He’s a Collingwood man and he’s always coming at us from a positive angle - saying player x,y and z look good or that we have turned a corner and can be a contender this year (said this last season) and I always flat bat it lol. No Dad… we’re sh¡t, alright? Don’t do this again lol. At the start, in the 2010’s I didn’t mind them having some success for his sake but I’m so over it now.
