Season 2025 - North Melbourne

They are not far away from a flash mob.

They have the opportunity to end Michael Voss’s coaching career tomorrow.

Please do it.

don’t know why people think North we’re going to be good.

Their win over Melbourne just really shows how shocking Melbourne are.

We need you to finish above Melbourne.

Win some games North, you dickhėads.

People in here were saying that this year they would be far ahead of us.
Instead they gave away this years first probably a top five pick for a pick in the twenties last year

Norf have Won Their Weekend (all games vs FCFC): their women smashed ‘em, and their reserves came back from 25 down to fall over the line.

The combined percentage is not great, though

I saw that on Reddit and thought it was a shitpost… That’s actually REAL? my god.

North have won 16 of their last 113 games.

Still 3 years on Clakkkos contract.

Still think North have gone passed us.

And some wanted to follow Norths rebuild fmd

113 games

16 wins
1 draw
96 losses

Wether they beat us or not it doesn’t matter their rebuild is failing

They’re awful right now.
It’s still too early to call the rebuild a failure.
Some of the young players are only in their 3rd year or less, so it makes a graphic of games lost from 113 kinda pointless because the team is always changing.

They need to build around these guys…

Finn O’Sullivan 18 years old
Sheezel 20
Wardlaw 20
Duursma 19
Scott 24
LDU 25
McKercher 20
Curtis 22
Powell 23
Phillips 22
Comben 23
Whitlock 18

with Larkey, Zurhaar & Xerri giving them some added experience at 26
(I intentionally left Simpkin OUT who they should boot IMO)

That’s a big group 23 and under.

So good seeing the angry little man getting flustered in the box, he’s getting close to a racial or homophobic outburst any moment now.

I know they said they didn’t need a plan B so hopefully they stick the course.

Are they worse than us? Losing to them wouldn’t be the end of the world (ducks head). We’d drop lower and they’d be more likely to stay above Melbourne

Depends on the day. But on most of them, yes.

He looks completely listless in his press conferences. I’ve not seen a team this bad defensively in a long time. The last quarter was a joke, the ease at which Carlton scored, and some of the goals were walked in. Too many one-way players in the middle, all looking for a cheap stat. Plenty of talent in that group but nobody paying any attention to their direct opponent and they don’t work back defensively at all. Not sure North could afford to pay Clarkson out, but how much heat will he be under if they concede another cricket score v Port at Adelaide Oval next week?
