Secret shame

Never cried at the end of a Pixar movie, but did shed a tear at the end of Million Dollar Baby.

Movie that has me bawling the most at the end is AI. Really hits the spot, that one.

You’re lucky - I just have one massive spud between mine

Oh man…that time lapse of his relationship with his soul mate from early adolescence to the time of her death, that was so well done and emotive.

In other films, I nearly always tear up at the end of Shawshank (the beach scene), and ‘The Green Mile’ scene when John Coffey is electrocuted.

Only one?

I’ll cry over a friggin’ ad.
I’m not which of Up! and Fried Green Tomatoes has the record for my earliest cry, but they’d both be within the first five minutes.
Sorry for derailing, as neither a secret nor ashamed.

One of the saddest scenes for me is in a scene from a horror movie called Brain Damage on a train. Probably been more but thats the one I remember. Edited to remove spoilers.

I was thinking more this…

Contains animal cruelty.
Seriously, don’t do it to yourself if you’re not up for it.

I worked with the wife of the Pixar artist who did the entire opening sequence for “Up”. He lost his father back in Spain early during the process and redid the sequence to reflect his loss and sadness. Luckily his bosses were ok with the changes.

The scene on the bus at the end of Midnight Cowboy is very emotional.

Did you sing along? Or you too cool for that?

Love the Arj Barker gag about that movie.

“I don’t want to spoil it for you, but the sequel is just called ‘Me.’”
