Hope you took your dirty bird to the bin after.
I’ve taken packets of chips and softdrink (usually do the coles/woolies run before buying tickets) but nothing like a whole meal. Thats like the Melbourne toft with a cheese board at the footy.
Quite a few years back when you could buy the little ice cream tubs, we would sneak a bottle of baileys in and eat some ice cream to form a moat in the tub and then pour in baileys. Beautiful.

Wasn’t that long ago the local cinema wouldn’t let you take food/lollies into their theatre.
They once demanded to look into my sister’s bag when she took her kids to the pictures.
Needless to say the then owners went broke soon after.
The theatre is still there under new management.

My mate and I used to sneak in a few cheeseburgers from Macca’s when we’d go to a movie.

Toobs are the snack that gets added to the show bag to make it seem like they are value, but you throw in the bin because they’re rubbish.

I finally found some last month. It was those big party bags. I ate one that same night. I had to take the other 2 my mum’s for safe keeping. Safe keeping from myself being a pig that is. I might collect a packet for Christmas Eve.

I found an unopened box at my local coles, was so close to buying.

Toobs are like crossing a cheezel and a burger ring and they come out so much better than both.
Classic chip and glad they are back.
You know they stopped getting made for a reason right? They don’t stop making good things, because people always buy good things.
Did they ever stop making Tim Tams? Nope.
Did they ever stop making BBQ Shapes or Pizza Shapes? Nope.
Did they ever stop making Cheezels (aka: Toobs that are actually good?) Nope.

Yeah that was a clever marketing stunt (like New Coke). Regardless though, they never stopped making them! They don’t stop making things that are good.
