It would have to be a falling out with the Dew, a difference on the plan Dew wanted and what Solly thought was better for the players. Dew is the head coach though, not Solomon.

Iād love to see him head up our player development along with the VFL headcoaching gig. A role like that would give him a nice point of difference for any future head coaching jobs he tries for.
With Tudor moving into a team defense/backline gig that he really earnt his reputation on.
