The Pullman 5 haven’t been proven guilty of any crimes yet? Hiring a stripper is not a crime. Pretty stupid thing to do if you are a public figure with big sponsorship $ and are considered role models but not a crime.
They have been sanctioned by their club for failing to adhere to codes of conduct.

that’s not what’s happening. some posters are just noting the principle of the presumption of innocence and are identifying some cases that we are familiar with.

Except that “our boys” did not do anything wrong, certainly not the really illegal things these Snydey players have been suspected of doing.

To the best of the public’s knowledge, one of the players is alleged to have committed sexual assault.

But the others just used illegal drugs. You don’t think any Essendon player has done the same??? I’m sure some of “our boys” have done so.

The only thing the situations have in common is a lack of positive drug tests.

It’s actually offensive to compare the two reactions to these two entirely different situations. The Sydney players are not victims here.
