From my experience, the people in HR are poor at human relations.

I apologise in advance to anyone here in HR (in particular those who might be good at it), but my experiences have gone a long toward convincing me that HR is the job that people with absolutely no empathy whatsoever do when they are shithouse at everything else… Perhaps I’ve only ever dealt with terminally useless HR people…

Perhaps my defensiveness reveals my profession, but I’d love everyone who shares that view to find a job and work for a company with no HR.

To help you understand, you most likely would have been terminated for not saying hello to your manager, not cleaning up the sink, for taking personal leave, for looking after your sick relatives or messing up once in your job.

HR in 90% of circumstances prevents managers from absolutely ■■■■■■■ you over. 10% of the time they are just inept, like anyone. Your managers hate you, HR doesnt know you from a bar of soap.
