I’ve heard him talk a few times about their culture and structures at Hawthorn. The clear succession plan and development of their players so one goes down and they have a plug and play replacement coming through. Role based. Disciplined.
Was very interesting, and exactly what we don’t have. I’m not entirely sure our first choice players know their roles.

I am very strong on proper process. But the process should have started early in the year with an external review. With seasonal business such as football clubs, the process has to be occurring at the right time. And to do it properly now, would require starting a review now and implementing the results early next year. Which would likely mean another year wasted, to say nothing of the errors to be made in recrutiment and contract management. If someone with Clarksons reputation, and ability to demand change before he signs, was not available now, then that right process, at the wrong time, is what we should be doing.
I think we are talking to Clarko (from former player). He just confirmed what I believe @Bacchusfox said earlier. It’s happening

You have your opinion and you are entitled to it. I disagree with point two. I REALLY dont think the issue is with the list. It’s:
