I think thatās a little unfair. It always takes two too tango and itās not as if the offers were bad.
I just think itās easy to over estimate a clubs willingness to deal.
Thats why thereās so much negative spin on EFC and Merrett. There is a huge assumption we will simply because the muck brought up in the media.
The suns for example are ok to sell anything of quality they are going to restock with elite academy talent.
so Flanders and Fiorini were/are easy sales. Not so much Walter or Humpfrey because they arenāt brining in any more of their type. Harder to find.
I think if Tsatsas and Hobbs werenāt such busts or this was a great midfielder draft - Merretts bags would Be already packed.

Zakaās right that he didnāt pot the young guys at all. Was that past players email limited to Welshās vintage? A shame if itās going to be just another Old Boys Club.
