I read into a bit differently than most people on here but I am usually a positive person so maybe it’s me. I read what he said as the problems coming from the club are because of so many leaks so people need to stop leaking - that message is actually supportive of Welsh and supports what Solly emailed out. He also says Jobe and Dys would never have thought of leaving which is a fair shot at our illustrious leader and you can’t disagree with that.

Jesus the Essendon supporter base are weak. No intestinal fortitude and can’t help themselves to talk crap without knowing anything. A bad season due to record injuries and people want to blow the organisation up, even after the club has put treatment plans in place with Inness and Regan coming onboard. And poor old Zachy poos wants out to the wees and poos and is having stories leaked left, right and centre until he gets his way. I don’t know about you but this makes me want to fight for and support the club more than tear it apart when no one really has all of the FACTS!

Don’t think anyone is denying what he said was wrong, but when the club is calling for unity, having ex players who most to be fair wouldn’t have a clue what’s happening in the inner sanctum mocking the club publicly, just feeds the media narrative that is only interested in using our pulling power to sell advertising.
