Songs that need to be heard from Artists you gave up on

EFA

I’ve been told, many times by many people, that Plant never misses an opportunity to remind Australian audiences that they are a colony.
That they’re blessed to be in his presence.
And he performs as such.

If you’ve seen him and he hasn’t done that, then cool.
But my sparrows tell me different.

I LIKE his solo career, but on reports, I wouldn’t give him a brass razoo.

That’s just crazy and I will go toe to toe with you track by track.

Name your studio album.
Well pill one track at a time.
You get to choose Any studio album post Waters.

Nup…have not seen that at all…

No need to bother…we both know that neither one of us would give an inch in our respective opinions here

And I’m happy for you to continue being 100% wrong :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Nah, love you mate.
But let’s do this

Actually, I will admit where Radio KAOS is better than a post Pink Floyd album.

It is way better than the abomination that is Dark Side Of The Moon Redux

omg…no argument.
Is absolute pants.

But…I was looking forward to polling KAOS against any post Waters album you cared to name.

Was feeling very confident.

Edit: which I’m starting to get is stupid about forty year old albums.
But…fact remains…
Waters is Floyd.
And if you abt to argue against it…let’s go.

But you cannot beat me here…just like I cannot beat you…we both have our (very strong) opinions on Radio KAOS and neither of us are going to change those opinions.

There is nothing you can say that will change my opinion on that album (or Waters post Floyd stuff in general).

We can’t change each others opinions:
But you can put any post Waters album track by track against KAOS.

Hell, I’d be less confidently but still Confidently put Cut track by track against anything they’re done since.

50/50 honest/povoking…
Dude, that was a Coldplay B Side.

Nope.
I’m doing this.
Can’t work, have to be home all day…

Name your post Waters Floyd Album and you get to choose against Cut or KAOS.

Let the people decide.

Edit: and I include Cut because it’s generally considered to be a Waters solo album.

Intredasting.

Did Salt Sweat…
Should have gone off, but for some reason never did.

Always loved Middle.

Hope this makes a playlist.

Winner winner chicken dinner.

Forgot about: yes.
Great track: yes.

Wasn’t onboard until the last lead break but from that oh hell, yeah.
Thank you.

Added.

Edit: JEW, unfortunate acronym. Underrated band

Yep. They don’t do anything flashy, just good, honest rock-pop… sort of like a US Hoodoo Gurus. From Clarity through Futures it was a pretty decent run. A bit spotty and samey thereafter (until they tried to reinvent themselves on their last couple of albums, with horrible results).
What’s interesting about the track above is that it’s sung by the guitarist. He was the main singer on their first releases, then handed it over to the rhythm guitarist thereafter. To my knowledge it’s the only song he sung after those first indie releases.

Look, it’s not terrible.
This song should be an argument for Blur were awesome and Oasis were absolute three year chancers.
But it’s like the fourth best song on The Great Beyond and (despite my and Sal’s stupid spat) not what we’re looking for here.

Okay.
But in prime and not worthy of rising.

It’s no Universal.

OK Computer the best Pink Floyd album.

I’ll stick my neck out and suggest Videotape off In Rainbows is better than Climbing up the walls
