My immediate knee jerk reaction is that our Shayna is innocent but the Chinese dude is guilty. Similarly, the Chinese have convinced themselves that the USA are behind all the protests in Hong Kong.

Perhaps we should ask Guy McKenna how much and who in the AFL were fully informed on the Dank Robinson situation while at the Suns? Why they were allowed to work at Essendon and bring the coaching staff and players to their knees? Who knew???
Mac Horton has already shown he’s a hypocrite of the highest order - Two members of the Aussie swim team were suspended for twelve months for missing tests and then Groves who has been one of Horton’s biggest supporters had also been provisionally suspended for missing tests which she won on appeal.

Dr Harcourt who spoke overseas about the guilt of the players. I think showed a power point presentation, naming names of the playing group and the coaches.
What he said was very damning, when the players had been already found NOT guilty by the AFL Tribunal. This man did untold damage to the players and their appeal. Innocent until proven guilty Dr. Harcourt. Who gave you permission to do this? Dr. Harcourt you are guilty of creating a false impression of the players and no doubt, this would have an affect on how people who attended the conference, heard your speech and saw the presentation would have influenced how they viewed the Essendon 34.

Harcourt got out of it all very lightly given that he also intimated that the AFL had ‘retired’ players because of drug use.

Hardcourt did that presentation before they were even charged if my memory serves me correctly, BEFORE they were charged !!! He was blowing his trumpet that the players were guilty and they were going down …FFS what a dumb fark, no wonder WADA felt they needed to take us down via CAS…cause Hardcourt was bragging about how great he was. Also what WADA said in advance of the Tribunal, including by Fahey, for whom the Australian governments bought his sinecure as WADA Supremo.
If Sakho wins his damages claims against WADA , the damages would be substantial.
He is claiming £13m, half WADA’s budget. IOC and governments contribute 50/50 to WADA budget, Australia pays a fair amount of contributions.
In the event Sakho wins, how are governments going to justify WADA’s lack of governance?

The team would have known why she was sent home before the events started. FINA would also have known. Surprising it took so long to come out, but so much for Australian privacy laws protecting athletes.
Horton would justify on the grounds that she was not allowed to compete.

Harcourt didn’t name any specific players in his explicitly-approved-by-the-AFL presentation. What he did was show a photo of part of the team coming out onto the ground… including at least one player not in the 34!
It was an overt breach of the “agreement” between us and the AFL.

Clothier also wrote and presented on the “case” in clear breach of any notion of “integrity”. It’s simply incomprehensible that this ■■■■■■■■ was allowed to re-write notes after the fact and never be held to account for it.
It’s sobering to think that Dank may not have been the least credible and honest person in this entire sham.
I doubt my anger levels ever abate on this whole fix up. And I’m not even involved in it.

Dank was a dodgy ■■■■ because he didn’t follow proper procedures. He admitted giving bock a band substance, but sounded like he farked up and didn’t realise it was a band substance.
He gave several other clubs the same advice, and even supplied substances to those clubs.
But dispite all this he only done wrong at Essendon? no where else?
Dank was far, far, from the worst character in all this.
The worst people in all this where those believed all the hearsay. And had us guilty before any evidence was gathered. Then leaked all this info to the public. Certain government officials who where behind the blackest day in sport presser.
When no evidence was found, things had gone to far. The government and the afl would have egg on there face.
So a manufactured outcome was the only way out. Those who ordered this to happen and went about manufacturing the outcome are the true villains in all this.

And also the truth that the AFL had information on Dank that they didn’t act on for over 12 months, and that they didn’t share with us, yet the media “allowed” the AFL to blame and prosecute us alone for letting the players down and compromising their health.
Surely a free media would have published numerous investigative articles about AFL executive malpractice, negligence and scapegoating, together with all the speculative stuff they hit us with.
What about an informative article on TB4 and the health benefits vrs the risks of peptides in general?

The media have not got the gumption to go against the AFL in fact few have. Nothing ever gets to go the full nine yards in a court room to be tested because people undergo mafia torture treatment, apart from Dr. Bruce Reid and again, unspecified settlement and a shut your mouth forever agreement.

It was excellent journalism , in presenting the facts on the Chinese swimmer’s doping issues, analysing the specifics of that and going to the bigger picture of whether the anti-doping structures are actually supportive of clean athletes.
AND: She got her shot in on the E34. She asked the Head of the Melbourne Law School ( Anderson, a former CAS arbitrator) why WADA appeals the decisions of Sports Tribunals such as FINA and AFL to CAS. His response? In so many words, because WADA does not trust the independence of the tribunal!
The AFL tribunal members would not be impressed
