Really important it succeeds if they have any chance of making November 2026 Mars transfer window or Artemis 3 in early 2027.

3rd flight of a v1 and v2 ship failed at the same time but different reason. V1 ship was due to frozen control thrusters sending it into a spin. This time the spin was apparently caused by an oxygen tank leak. Apparently an easy fix.
Good progress on last 2 flights.

Ambitious mission statement: SpaceX will land and reuse rockets. 450+ falcon 9 to date and counting.
Rest of the world for any type of rocket: ZERO.
He will do the same with starship. Most likely not in that timeline, but it will happen.

On a more depressing note, specific details on NASA budget cuts and the impact to planetary, space science and astrophysics budgets from 13:32 in the same video.
Cuts include New Horizons extension, Osiris Apex extension, Juno at Jupiter, mars sample return, DaVinci and other missions to Venus, Keck observatory support discontinued (discovery of super massive black hole Sag A star).
Fermi and Chandra US space telescopes funding totally cut.
Then there are cuts to US contributions to joint international space telescopes including Euclid, XXM and for some stupid reason to LISA as well. Google what LISA is going to do mind blowing.
Dragonfly to one of a Saturns moon thankfully survives.
Nancy Grace Roman will also survive but with a pittance of a budget to support its operation.
Total cut to Astronomy post doctoral fellowships.
Overall this is a total decimation of US space and astronomy science if it goes through as it appears it will be.
Guessing presidential meme coins and other such crap will help progress humanity instead.
