If that’s the team, that is one of the strongest sides I’ve seen us field in a long, long time…
Pretty excited to see how they go…

I’m generally lid on about our prospects against quality teams but I think we are a show against the Eagles.
They aren’t a high possession team that smashes you with inside 50’s they like to control possession with chip kicks and marks before entering the forward 50. If we can apply the heat for the best part of 4 quarters then we can really disrupt them and give ourselves a chance.
Once in a blue moon he can’t consistently do it
He basically hasn’t played since early 2018.
Let’s see how he goes tomorrow night.
Literally less than a week ago
Fyi Whilst at EFC
Stewart 32 games 44 goals
Brown 55 games 57 goals
Seems Stewarts output is a little higher not dramatically but enough to defeat your argument In my opinion
Got his first game at Melbourne because some best 22 guy was late to training.?
At least the Bombers gave Townsend, Cutler and Hibberd quite a few games to see how they might fit in. That’s got to be a better way to treat recruits under similar circumstances of injuries and an out of form side.
I would keep hooker forward until he stops playing for us. He provides a key target, means the opposition needs to put a good defender on him…and let’s face it when he kicks a goal… fark me he just lights up joint with his celebration!!!
I agree. I also think we should target Tom McDonald from the Dees during trade period. He would be a great Hooker replacement and appears on the outer at Melbourne.
Post the team and FK OFF.
OK, posted. Australia post have indicated it should arrive in 2 weeks due to COVID-19 backlog.
Agree with you but in the interest of fairness, Mitch Brown played probably a quarter of those games as a defender.
Really?
I only remember him dropping back on occasion when required not playing any full game as a starting defender
Yeah he did, especially early on. Definitely he was a forward for the vast majority of course.
Training being streamed
The training on the backline switch is interesting. “Move it quickly. Two steps and go”
Simpson saying 4 changes to the Eagles. Kennedy and Cripps are out. At this stage Nic Nat and Hurn are okay to play
Hooker looks like he was training with the forwards in the live stream. I think he should stay up there for the remainder of the season. proof is in the pud. Watch him line up at full back tomorrow night though.
Someone didn’t watch the last game did they?
Someone is too busy staring up at their Whoosha pin-up stuck on the ceiling over their bed.
