CAS has overturned an Athletics Integrity Unit ( run by Howman and Clothier) doping suspension on a US athlete.
The athlete - Jarrion Lawson - referred to major flaws in the doping process and unethical people within the system.
No doubt E34 would concur on unethical people.

and we all know how accurate news reports are !!! we had to put up with pages of rubbish for years telling lies about the doping saga & individuals from our team!! I believe nothing I read in MSM ever as a consequence of those years of lies in MSM

On the basis of reporting on the Shayna Jack case, it appears that ASADA can be both prosecuter and judge. The ASADA ADRVP - which acts on the basis of a CEO referral and has never overturned an ASADA CEO recommendation - has recommended a four year ban fo testing positive to ligandrol ( ingested in a supplement).
Jack’s only course of action is to appeal to CAS within a short time frame, entirely self- funded under Swimming Australia rules, which preclude funding of swimmers in such proceedings.
On the other hand, ASADA could be prevented from chasing down athletes for testing because of its stated need to protect its testers and other staff from COVID-19
