Obviously it’s not a real competitive game, but gives you some idea what football might look like if pretty much everyone on the field could kick and handball.

Would be no chance for a proper SOO if this game tanked and players dropped out on mass. May never happen, but making this game work will give it the best chance.

Hmmm how about a situation where you rotate VIC/SA/WA as the state team and then your All-Star/Allies team are the best of the rest? So next year it’s WA v All-Stars hosted in Perth, then SA v All-Stars in Adelaide, etc.

Will only be interest if it’s VIC v SA or WA and I think both of those fixtures would end up a thumping win to the Vics.

Good football to watch…was worried watching them smiling and joking but it’s a fair contest
