Have to agree. The last years NRL games I’ve watched have had me way more engaged and on the edge of my seat than most AFL games.

I realised mostly this year that watching the footy wasn’t that important to me, it was who I watched it with.

I told my ex-GF that my 2 favourite things in life were her & I doing stuff, and watching Essendon. She said ok do you want to try both at the same time? It didn’t really work for me as I was a bit distracted from both, but at least we won.
