I know they’re lower order batsman, but they’ve been yorked by a bloke bowling about as quick as your average park plodder… Clearly just not watching the damn ball closely enough.

It’s very disappointing and disconcerting that we can be in a position of such strength in the game and still manage to throw it away and post what’s looking to be nothing more than an average 1st innings total. India will be ecstatic if they can roll us for under 350. The pitch doesn’t look all that lively, they’d be backing themselves to go big and end up with a 1st inning lead of 100+.

Gee, what an innings.
Getting 450 against their bowling attack is always going to difficult on any surface. 337 is competitive but we’ll need to bowl well and catch a damn site better than we did in Melbourne.
Pity Marnus and Wade threw their innings away with poor shots.
But we have a very soft middle order and need to fix that.
If someone could have stuck around, 400/150 was easily on the cards.
